Cobb Hill Estate is on Cobb Hill Road in Harrisville, but don’t rely on your GPS
system because some GPS maps have Cobb Hill Road all wrong and you will likely end
up getting lost in Nelson if you try and use your GPS system. Please note that Prospect
Street in Harrisville will be on maps and mapping devices, but Cobb Hill Road probably
is not.
Directions from Keene, NH:
Please note that Cobb Hill Estate is PRIVATE property and accessible by invitation
or appointment only! Take 101 East towards Peterborough. After you go through Marlborough
look for a restaurant on your left called Audrey’s Café. Take a left after Audrey’s
towards Harrisville. Follow road to Chesham 4 corners (you will see a shaker style
furniture store on your right) and take a right towards Harrisville. Follow road
all the way into the brick mill village of Harrisville. In the center of the village
take a left on Prospect street. Please note that the sign for Prospect street may
not be up because of recent construction. The best way to find Prospect street is
to take a Left at Harrisville Designs, which is on the corner of Prospect Street
and Main Street. If you pass the Harrisville General Store you went too far. Go
up Prospect street and take your third left onto a small, unmarked dirt road right
before a small maroon building. Follow signs for Cobb Hill Estate. Follow dirt road
1.5 miles,bearing right at each fork you come to. You will know you have reached
your destination when you see a gray house with sweeping views of near and distant
mountains.

pass a while church on your right) where there is a flag pole in the Middle of the
road, and a library on your left. Take a right on Dublin Road. There should be a
sight that says "To Harrisville." Follow road into Harrisville and when you enter
Harrisville you’ll see some old brick Mill Buildings on your Right as you go up
a hill. Take a right onto Prospect Street (near Harrisville Designs). Please note
that the sign for Prospect street may not be up because of recent construction.
