Where is the Estate Located?Southern New Hampshire, in the quaint, historic town of Harrisville, surrounded by lakes, mountains, and an incredible variety of lodging options. We are about 1.5 miles from Boston, 2 Hours from Hartford CT, and about 4 hours from New York City.

What do we do if it rains?No need to worry about rain! Although 90 percent of ceremonies at Cobb Hill Estate are outside, in the unlikely event that it rains, you have Vineyard Hall, designed by wedding planners and architects to provide a spectacular cathedral for you, your family, and friends.

Do you provide Lodging?Yes, we can accommodate up to 70 people at the Estate and are surrounded by country Inns, AirBnBs, and many brand-name hotels - your guests have many fabulous options.

Can we use any caterer we want?Yes! Freedom is our main theme and you are welcome to hire any caterer you want, have food trucks, mobile wood-fired pizza oven providers, BBQ trailers, and you can even rent our Highland Grill.

What is the Maximum number of Guests Vineyard Hall Can Accommodate for our Celebration?Vineyard Hall can hold up to 240 people, but it was designed to feel comfortable with as few as 30 guests, as the upstairs mezzanine level can be set up with bar tops and lounge furniture.

Are you 4 seasons?In Winter we offer micro-weddings, and in Spring, Summer, and Fall we offer weddings with up to 240 guests.

Are we required to hire a wedding planner?No, you are free to choose a wedding planner, day of coordinator, or simply plan everything yourself!

How long has Cobb Hill Estate been a wedding venue?Nearly 20 years - over 1,000 brides and grooms have been married and over 50,000 guests have visited the top of the mountain and experienced the wedding of a lifetime!

Do you have an outdoor Ceremony Site and Reception Area?Yes! Overlooking the Green Mountains of Vermont (including Mount Snow, Haystack, Stratton, and Okemo), Massachusetts Mountains, and Mount Monadnock, the second most climbed mountain in the world.

Can we have our dog in our wedding ceremony?Yes.
